Broadwater was proud to deliver the full design and build for this prestigious project at Guildford Lido — a much-loved landmark built in the 1930s and a centrepiece of family life in the community for generations.
The works included the creation of brand-new male and female changing facilities, modern shower areas, and significant upgrades to the existing mechanical infrastructure to support them. Every element of the project was carefully designed to be sympathetic to the heritage of the site, while meeting today’s standards for lighting, power, and fire protection.
All products and systems were selected with precision, ensuring the correct IP and IK ratings to withstand the challenging environment and the heavy daily use expected at this popular destination.
