Broadwater were engaged on this fast track project to turn an existing Cat A building in to upbeat space complete with new comms room, meeting rooms, and kitchenette within the 1st floor area the ground floor refurbishment is now a fit for purpose mental health unit which equipped with; 14 New consultation rooms, 3 new group meeting rooms, 4 new clinical areas, and suitable clean and dirty utility area, Works consisted of new lighting and power including smart controls, fire alarm, door entry and Nurse Call systems.
