Central Surgery
Broadwater helped transform a three Storey office building into a modern, flexible GP Surgery, creating an inviting and efficient environment for staff. Ares included new reception and patient waiting areas, general practice surgery rooms, a minor operations theatre, group work rooms, staff welfare facilities, and a pharmacy area.
Our works included upgraded mains distribution, smart lighting and power systems, fire and security installations, and integration with new mechanical equipment. Door entry, CCTV and intruder alarms, a new fully installed DATA installation consisting of 2 hub rooms, external lighting and security including car park barrier access and EV chargers.
