Millview Hospital, Brunswick Ward
Broadwater delivered the full refurbishment of 13 bedrooms, three shower rooms, and associated corridors, communal areas, and garden spaces to create a secure acute female mental health ward within a live hospital environment.
Our scope included comprehensive lighting and power installations designed to meet strict anti-ligature requirements. Lighting controls were provided via low-voltage switching, with all accessories secured using specialist security screws to mitigate any risk of tampering.
New mains distribution was installed while ensuring that all existing hospital systems remained fully operational, maintaining the highest standards of safety and continuity for both patients and staff.
