Eversfield Care Home
Broadwater delivered the full design and build of a two-storey, 18-bedroom extension to an existing care home, enhancing both capacity and functionality. Our scope included mains distribution, power, lighting, data, fire and security systems, IRS, EV charging with dynamic load monitoring, and fully integrated nurse call systems — all seamlessly connected to the home’s existing infrastructure.
The comprehensive design ensured maximum flexibility within each bedroom, allowing for multiple layout options to suit individual needs. Additional nurse stations, along with clean and dirty utility rooms, were incorporated to meet all required HTM standards while providing staff with improved facilities to deliver outstanding care.
Throughout the project, great care was taken to minimise disruption to residents, ensuring comfort and continuity of service while the works were completed.
