Dakota House (All Floors)
Broadwater was commissioned to deliver the full electrical design and installation for this multi-phase project, providing a complete Cat B fit-out across all floors to create a modern and flexible main office for Surrey County Council.
Working within a live environment, we successfully transformed the ground, first, and second floors into open-plan office spaces with new power, lighting, and data infrastructure throughout. Additional meeting rooms and private offices were introduced to meet the Council’s diverse requirements, each equipped with localised controls for ease of use.
A comprehensive lighting control system was installed to ensure energy efficiency and enhance the working environment. Specialist areas were also developed, including a secure contact centre and a fnew registry office — enabling the Council to continue delivering essential services to the local community in a safe, functional, and future-ready setting.
