Broadwater undertook the full refurbishment of the Uro-Gyne department at leatherhead hospital to create a new recovery area and 2 new treatment areas, works consisted of new lighting and power to all areas whilst maintaining the services to other local departments in a live hospital environment.

Broadwater helped transform a three Storey office building into a modern, flexible GP Surgery, creating an inviting and efficient environment for staff. Ares included new reception and patient waiting areas, general practice surgery rooms, a minor operations theatre, group work rooms, staff welfare facilities, and a pharmacy area.

Broadwater delivered the full design and build of a two-storey, 18-bedroom extension to an existing care home, enhancing both capacity and functionality. Our scope included mains distribution, power, lighting, data, fire and security systems, IRS, EV charging with dynamic load monitoring, and fully integrated nurse call systems — all seamlessly connected to the home’s existing infrastructure.

Broadwater delivered the full refurbishment of 13 bedrooms, three shower rooms, and associated corridors, communal areas, and garden spaces to create a secure acute female mental health ward within a live hospital environment.
